After twenty years as a dancer and performer for many companies (Cie Contrepoint, Beau Geste, Arcosm, iX Cie...), Aurélien wishes to move to the administrative side of the force and begins a professional retraining in continuing education at ENSATT for a Master's degree. in live performance administration obtained in June 2021. He then joined the Collectif Ès as administrative and production manager in July 2021, a position which then gave all its meaning to this retraining through the links already created previously with Sidonie, Émilie, Jérémy and Raphaelle.
